At home, before the trip, I gathered these parts for this project

After some assemblage, I painted these parts up in NOLA

This is as far as the project got in NOLA

 Once I got the project home, I worked on some detail painting and the background.

And thus we have, Of Her Spirit's Grief She Never Spoke.

Exploring the Aftermath From the Perspective of the Living

At home, before the trip, I gathered these parts for this project

I laid out the parts in NOLA

Some assemblage was required

Once I got the project home, I worked on some detail painting and added some Mardi Gras feathers.
